Class Description: Object of course is to develop skills to understand reading of specifications and commercial building blueprints. Instruction will include: construction documents & language, types of construction, site work & plot plans, structural steel construction, reinforced concrete, finish construction (architectural drawings), plumbing, mechanical & electrical systems, safety/security, Americans with Disabilities Act & building codes.
